Chapter 4

Well here we go with Chapter Four, some hopefully amusing little stories that happened out in the Tropics.
The first one that springs into my head is when my friends were visiting from home, when I first arrived ,back in 1984 or shortly after, we went into the Bank of Bermuda to change some monies, he handed over five hundred dollars in travellers cheques only to be given eight hundred back , well our faces lit up and we were offski with the cash running down the street, like we had just won the pools, before the cashier realised her mistake, my position on the Island should have made me feel guilty and take it back, but I thought ' what the hell ' and we decided to go to Henry V111 and have a mega, god we tied one on that night my friend even kept the bill to take back and show his mates.

There were numerous other occasions, mostly involving alcohol, not always with myself involved, but usually.
The parties,be they pool, toga, underwear that was always a good one, leaving, arriving, bon voyage when someone was going on holiday, welcome home party, the list goes on, in other words we had a party for every single occasion.
